Welcome to Altona Lakes Golf Club Established in 1994 the Altona Lakes Golf Club was formed by a group of Saturday morning social golfers with a goal to of offering the opportunity play competition golf in an enjoyable club atmosphere at an affordable cost. Affiliated with the Victorian Golf Association and a member club of the Victorian Golf League the club competes in all VGL events as well as fielding teams in their Scratch, Handicap and Senior Pennant competitions, tasting success with a Flag in our first season. Our club has also recently participated in the North Western Pennant competition with Juniors winning flag in second year The course is located in Paisley Park off Mason St. in Altona North is one of the most challenging nine hole courses in Melbourne. As the Club is affiliated with National and State Associations and NOT a social club certain criteria and information must be obtained before a handicap can be set. During the period of obtaining a Handicap the prospective Member cannot participate in Competition and does not need to pay Competition fees.
