Preferred Lies
The ALGC Match Committee has reviewed current course conditions as determined by the course management and accepted that Preferred Lies will no longer apply during competition rounds.
Members must *play the ball as it lies*, in accordance with the Rules of Golf. - Any applicable Local Rules will continue to apply where advised.
Committee Decision - The change has been reviewed and accepted by the Match Committee. - The decision takes effect immediately for all competition rounds.
Member Information - The change is intended to maintain the integrity and consistency of competition golf at ALGC. - Members will be notified if future course conditions require any changes to local playing conditions.

Our mixed pennant team halved the first round against Craigieburn Willmott. A good start to halve an away round.
